Villa Laura is initially a detached villa in which there are two apartments with completely separate entrances. Each apartment is 120 square meters and has 3 bedrooms. Each one has air conditioning. These are tastefully and fully furnished residential units. With modern leather furniture, special furniture, pictures, lamps, curtains and other furnishings, all of this creates a pleasant atmosphere so that you will definitely feel comfortable straight away and can start your holiday relaxed. The wide beds and good mattresses contribute to your relaxation. The kitchen, equipped with all useful appliances and dishes, is almost perfect and makes cooking easier. The large pool has 2 spaces for 6 loungers each. Cozy, wide terraces with a table and nice chairs and 2 outdoor grills allow for a pleasant stay outdoors. A hidden natural stone wall encloses the area. The quiet, central location and proximity to the sea make the villa the ideal holiday home. The villa is very well maintained and is improved annually.

The pool: The swimming pool on the side measures 10 x 4 meters. It is regularly maintained by the caretaker, so you can look forward to clean, well-maintained water. There are 2 terraces by the pool and there are enough sun loungers.

Privacy is also guaranteed for large families thanks to separate lying areas and separate terraces.
