The house is located in Sète, a city in the Petite Camargue, in the south of France. It is located 100 meters from the Etang de Thau, a bathing salt lake in communication with the sea, 2000 meters from the sea, 20 minutes from the university city of Montpellier, 20 minutes from the ile des loisirs of Cap D'Agde. Fishing city, Setè d'Estate triples its inhabitants thanks to a splendid sea and a strategic position, between Provence and Spain, the Camargue and history. The house is part of a semi-detached house: the other part it is rented annually to residents. The two real estate units are completely independent. The entrance is through a private gate: the property is entirely fenced on all four sides. The garden extends all around the house, although mostly at the back, where it is possible to enjoy many shaded spaces. The entire garden is exclusive to the tenants. Reaching Sète is not difficult, as it is one of the major French ports and a rather tourist destination, chosen every year by many visitors. The A9 motorway, which follows the French coastline, runs a few kilometers from the city, and a 5-minute drive from the center there is a train station from which you can easily reach Paris, Roissy and other national and international locations.
