The finca is perfect for summer poolside - and also ideal for an autumn, winter or spring holiday or a longer stay, with fabulous hikes in the Llevant mountains, cycling on world-famous training rides and golf activities on the 4 courses located within of 20 km from the house. Solar energy provides most of the energy for the property: air conditioning for the summer, underfloor heating of the main house and heating of the pool! Broadband internet connection enables seamless remote working. Finca La Devesa is located on a large plot (15,000 m2) full of olive, almond and fig trees on the mountainside of Llevant, 2 km above the seaside village of Colonia St. Pere, in the quiet north-east of Mallorca. This secluded and private finca consists of a main house and two bungalows with a total of four double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and can accommodate up to eight people. Next to a shaded veranda is the large sea view terrace with a private heated pool (10x4 m). The main house has a fully furnished kitchen, dining room and living room with broadband WiFi internet, satellite TV and Sonos stereo. The nearby village of Colonia St Pere has restaurants, shops, a small sandy beach and a marina. The market town of Arta is 8 km away, where all kinds of shops and restaurants are available all year round.
